FAQs

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your booking to allow time for a quick briefing and to get changed if necessary (although we recommend arriving in your swimwear/dryrobe/dressing gown). No one wants to waste precious sauna time!

We apologise if you are late, we cannot extend the session as we will likely have another booking arriving.

  • Bring your swimwear, 2 towels (1 for sitting on for hygiene reasons in the sauna and 1 for drying off).

Water bottle to rehydrate during sessions.

Slip on shoes like flip flops and a bathrobe/swimrobe if you wish.

We do not have warm showers so please come wearing something comfortable to travel home in.

If possible arrive ready to sauna!

  • Please bring minimal belongings and no valuables, as we are unable to supervise belongings.

We have limited storage due to our ‘pop up’ set up.

  • This depends on your booking.

Our community sauna sessions are open to all. Do not fear though, we've found the sauna a great place to make new friends. We allow a maximum of 5 to these session.

Private Hire:  You have the whole sauna to yourself (seats up to 6 friends) for 55 mins.

  • There are some medical reasons why sauna may not be safe for you.

Everyone attending the sauna is required to read and agree to follow the terms of use.

Please read this carefully especially relating to any medical conditions and pregnancy.

  • If you want to change your booking please cancel it via the confirmation email as long as it is 48 hours before your sauna appointment.

  • We are a small start up business so we have to have strict cancellation policy.

Cancellations for saunas need to be actioned via your confirmation email - more than 48 hours before for a full refund (minus a £1 transaction fee).

We are sorry we cannot offer a refund after this time. You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend.

If a storm/heavy rain/wind is forecast we reserve the right to close the sauna due to safety concerns.

Full refunds are issued for any weather/mechanical/staffing issue cancellations.

  • Unfortunately our insurance does not cover children under 16 to use the sauna.

  • We will be located at the Knepp estate Campsite and Yoga garden until late October.

    Address is:

Safaris and Campsite, Knepp Estate, Swallows Lane, Dial Post, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 8NN

On arrival at the car park please follow signs for the Yoga Garden, the sauna is a little further along the banks of the pond.

We are no longer operating pop ups in any other locations.

  • We ask everyone to sit on a towel in the sauna. The sauna benches are washed down after each sauna session, using natural products (chemical free sauna). We use the ‘bake and breath’ to deep cleanse the sauna every day.

  • We have special rates if you would like to hire the sauna for your retreat day or event.
